This Spring, the Pittsburgh Savoyards celebrate their 75th season with the Pittsburgh Premiere of Gilbert & Sullivan’s Utopia Limited, with Music Director & Conductor Guy Russo, and Stage Director & Choreographer Robert B. Hockenberry.
Stage and vocal auditions will be held on December 9th and 11th.

The Pittsburgh Foundation’s annual Day of Giving is this Thursday, October 3. This is a great opportunity to support the Pittsburgh Savoyards and other local non-profits! The Pittsburgh Savoyards are seeking a Stage Director for our Spring 2014 production, the Pittsburgh Premiere of Utopia Limited by Gilbert & Sullivan. Performance dates are March 7 – 16th, 2014.

This Saturday, we held our annual Board of Trustees elections.
We welcome newly elected members Michael Greenstein, Steve Leonard, and Jim Newsome. We also welcome ongoing members Marc Daffner, Elizabeth Lucas, and Andrea Carriker to their new positions as President, Vice-President, and Secretary.
Special thanks to our outgoing Board of Trustees members Ed Griffiths, Suzanne Levinson, and Myles Zuckerman for their dedication and service on our Board.
The Pittsburgh Savoyards 74th Season Annual Meeting & Covered Dish Picnic will be held on Saturday June 22, 2013. Open to members in good standing, the annual board meeting includes Board of Trustees and Officers Elections.
